Cheese Workshop & Tasting

We will make artisan cheese using fresh pasteurized local goat’s milk, a type of cheese present in every Cretan household. You will also have the chance to sample a variety of local cheeses paired with wines from the island.

The workshop takes place at the Olive Farm with fresh goat’s milk and aromatic herbs you gather on a brief guided farm tour. We will teach you a very traditional and simple recipe that you can make again at home!
